About the Ingredients

Vitamin A: Vitamin A is a vital nutrient that plays multiple roles in the body such as supporting normal vision and immune function, maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes, aiding normal iron metabolism, and contributing to the process of cell specialization.
 
Vitamin C: Vitamin C has long been known as an essential nutrient in overall health and wellness. Additionally, it helps to reduces tiredness and fatigue, regenerates vitamin E, and increases iron absorption. Furthermore, vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, which means it helps to neutralize free radicals that can cause cellular damage.
